David Hilton leads the company’s supply chain for Adient Aerospace as the VP of Supply Chain.

Dave has extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and leadership, with over 20 years in various executive roles. He has driven operational improvements, financial turnarounds, and growth through lean principles.

Dave joined Adient Aerospace in 2023, previously working for six years at Boeing Global Services where he was responsible for supply chain performance across all platforms aftermarket support.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University at Long Beach and Masters of Business Administration from Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
